You can inquire about your lost item by making an online inquiry. Fill out the form as accurately as possible. Tell us when and where the item was lost. Describe the characteristics as precisely as possible. It helps with finding the item. For example, it is good to describe what a bag contains.

Once we receive the online inquiry, we will check the incoming items and contact you if we can match your inquiry to a lost item. The inquiry is valid for 2 weeks. Please note that we will not notify you if the item is not found.

The price of the online inquiry is €4.90. Before submitting the online inquiry, you must pay for the inquiry through the payment service. The system will automatically send a return message after a successful inquiry. Please note that some email programs firewalls may block the delivery of messages or they may end up in the email inbox spam.
